- How does the postal service work?
- You complete the online order, we generate your tracked postage label, you send your parts to us, and we return them once the work is complete.
- Is the online price final?
- The online price is an estimate. We confirm the final quote after inspecting your parts. If you decline, we return them free of charge.
- What happens if my parts need extra work?
- We contact you with a revised quote before starting any additional work. Nothing happens without your approval.
- Do I have to pay upfront?
- No. There's no deposit or payment required up front. You only pay once we've inspected your parts and you've approved the final quote.
- What parts can you vapour blast?
- Aluminium, alloy and steel motorcycle, automotive and engineering components — engine cases, cylinder heads, carburettors, brake calipers, manifolds and more.
- Do you powder coat parts?
- Yes. Powder coating can be added during the order process. Final powder coating price is confirmed after inspection.
- How long does it take?
- Most jobs are completed within 5–10 working days of arrival. Turnaround depends on workload, part condition and coating requirements.
- What if I decline the final quote?
- We return your parts free of charge using a tracked UK courier.
- What couriers do you use?
- We use major UK tracked couriers. Your label is generated and emailed to you as soon as your order is confirmed.
- When do I pay?
- Only after we've inspected your parts and you've approved the final quote — before we dispatch your restored parts back to you.
