- What is vapour blasting?
- Vapour blasting (also known as wet or aqua blasting) uses a mix of water and fine media to gently clean and restore metal parts. It produces a beautiful satin finish without damaging the surface.
- What parts can you restore?
- Aluminium, alloy and steel motorcycle, automotive and engineering components — engine cases, cylinder heads, carburettors, brake calipers, manifolds, wheels and more.
- Do you refurbish alloy wheels?
- Yes. We offer a full alloy wheel refurbishment service — stripping, blasting and powder coating in any RAL colour, plus diamond cutting and minor weld repairs. Pricing is by wheel size, from 17" up to 24". See our wheel refurbishment page for full details.
- Can you diamond cut wheels?
- Yes. We can diamond cut most alloy wheels to restore the machined face, followed by a protective lacquer. Some heavily damaged or previously refurbished wheels may not be suitable — send us photos and we'll advise.
- Do you powder coat parts?
- Yes. We offer a full powder coating service in a wide range of colours and finishes. Just let us know what you're after when you get in touch.
- How do I get a quote?
- Fill out our contact form or give us a call. Send over a few photos of your parts and a short description, and one of our team will come back to you with a tailored quote.
- Do I have to pay upfront?
- No. There's no deposit or payment required up front. You only pay once the work is complete and you're happy with the results.
- How long does it take?
- Most jobs are completed within 5–10 working days of arrival. Turnaround depends on workload, part condition and coating requirements.
- Will vapour blasting damage my parts?
- No. Vapour blasting is a gentle process that cleans without removing base material or damaging threads, gasket faces or bearing surfaces. We mask up any critical areas before blasting.
- Can you restore seized or heavily corroded parts?
- In most cases, yes. Send us photos and we'll let you know what's realistic before you commit to anything.
- Do you offer collection or is it postal only?
- Most customers post their parts in from across the UK. If you're local to our workshop you're welcome to drop off in person — just get in touch first.
- How do I contact you?
- Use the contact form on this site or call 07386 536971. We'll come back to you as quickly as we can.
