After receiving your parts, we inspect them and confirm a final quote. No work begins until you approve.
There is no deposit or upfront payment to place an order or generate your postage label. Payment is only taken once the final quote is approved, before dispatch of restored parts.
Customers are responsible for packaging their parts securely. We recommend using bubble wrap and a sturdy box.
We are not responsible for damage caused during inbound transit. Our tracked label includes carrier-standard insurance where applicable.
We use tracked UK couriers for all return shipments.
If you decline the final quote after inspection, we return your parts free of charge using a tracked UK courier.
Vapour blasting and powder coating cannot repair structural damage, cracks, or significant material loss. We will advise if your parts are unsuitable before proceeding.
Estimated turnaround is 5–10 working days from arrival. Times may vary based on workload and condition.
Powder coating preparation, masking and final finish are confirmed after inspection. Colour matching depends on RAL availability.
Vapour blasting is non-abrasive but cannot remove all paint, sealant or heavy plating without additional preparation, which may be quoted separately.
No payment is required up front. The full balance is due after the final quote is approved and before dispatch of restored parts.
Parts left uncollected or unresponsive to communications for 90 days after final quote may be disposed of in accordance with the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977.
