Vapour blasting (also known as aqua blasting or wet blasting) is the gold-standard restoration process for aluminium and alloy components. We restore engine cases, cylinder heads, carburettors, brake calipers and more to a uniform satin factory finish — without removing base metal or damaging delicate surfaces.
Our process uses a low-pressure slurry of water and fine glass media. The water cushions the media, so there's no heat distortion, no aggressive material loss and no risk of damaging machined surfaces or threads.
